HOW TO PREVENT UNDESIRED FOAMING?

CAN I STORE A DISH OVERNIGHT?
Yes, but you might have to adjust the TEXTURA concentration. Read more in the Chef's Manual on page 12.
WHAT IF I USE TROPICAL FRUITS?
